We will be sunsetting this prescription portal on 4/1/25 and immediately making available our new LifeFile portal. Our newer, more advanced portal is integrated with our dispensing system, which allows for:
- The option for clinic/office pay.
- Access to more formulas.
- Live status tracking, including shipment tracking and patient receipt confirmation.
- Easier refilling.
- A more customized prescription list, including the ability to make a "favorites" list.
How to sign up (2 options):
We strongly recommend transitioning in advance to 4/1/25 as we expect many last-minute transfers.
